I'm an idiot! But please help who can!
I accidentally got a few dots of black spray paint on the bumper of my car, and though I've managed to scrape most of it off using everything from soap, finger nails and what not, there are a few spots left and I could spend a whole day using my finger nails to scrape them off but I'm leaning towards having to sand then area of the bumper affected and repainting, like this: http://www.bmwworld.com/repairs/bumper.htm
I haven't tried those spray on Bug sprays yet, I'm gonna see.
Would using a diluted paint thinner work? or would damage to the actual paint be inevitable?
Help guy! This is soooooo annoying!!!!

I've clayed my car plenty of times before, but I didn't think about it when it came to removing the paint spots. The panic of having to live with such a mistake was too great!
