Around 23:00 in Veendam I saw a redish, deep orange flame like light in the sky, it was bigger than a star, moving like a plane but the red light was constant and flickered as if it was some kind of flame or star. There was no tail like a comet and it was too slow to be a satalite. At first I thought it was a flame at the top of someone's pole in their garden, but then I realized it was in the sky, saw 2 actual planes fly past and infront of it with actual flickering red and white lights.

Did anyone else see it? Anyone any ideas what it might have been?

Speelde dit niet enkele weken geleden ook al? Iets met Aziatische lampen dus, ook in de noordelijke provincies...

Misschien moet je Fox Mulder eens bellen

Ik heb het ook gezien...het bewoog zich richting zuid-oosten, ik weet niet beter dan dat het gewoon een sateliet was die het oranje licht van een ondergaande zon weerkaatste.
