picked up some things and will be putting some details on the car when the weather clears up, also ordered a new license plate and per new law apparently, the plate to be replaced needs to be left behind, so for funzies I got to drive around without a front plate today, very cool, I like how the car looks without a big yellow plate so took some pics...

Tiny lil details

not sure why the car looks so high in this picture, kinda weird

new front plate (hence the reason I had the no front before) old one was dirty and bent up and this cleans up the look quite significantly for such an insignificant mod

just for poops and giggles...

Installed the IPD Ram Cold Air Intake today, no pictures at the moment cuz it got dark before I could snap any shots, but man that thing sounds cool! Was no picnic installing it though. Everything was kind of a tight fit and in the end I had to modify some of the fittings in order to make things work and had to re-tube a lot of the air ways because they weren't long enough, tomorrow I need to get a longer tube in order to get the valve to position properly on the heat shield, but I like how it looks and I love how it sounds, and it could just be my imagination but the power spike seems to come in a few 100 rpm sooner, but could just be my wishful thinking

Also wired up my ScanGauge, this thing is rockin! Won't say much more about it other than it's like every single gauge you could was in one and a more advanced trip computer, tells me what time I will run out of gas and in how many hours and minutes :P

Pics of my new cockpit ;D

4 gauges showing speed in kmh, rpm, voltage and air intake in celcius

when I drove to Nijmegen on Friday I had it velcroed onto the ashtray, but this is actually much better. Its stuck on the steering column and the cable is threaded through the center console all the way to the OBDII port. The arm rest obviously doesn't close properly anymore but you don't notice that at all. Thought about cutting space in the armrest so the connector would fit but that would interfere with the cup holder sliding thing.

ziet er cool uit, wat is dat kleine zilvere dingetje naast de luchtfilter ??
