Jammer Barry, je was lekker bezig met die wagen!

I removed the sound deadening material from the underside of the hood.  Read on SS that a few guys had done this for years without the myths of paint damage due to overheating. The engine sound is significantly louder and I think because now it echos off the metal of the hood, there's less resiliation of the sound waves. Its a cool free and easy "mod". Warning though, under the material, the hood is not painted, its bare metal so looks kinda ugly when the hood is up, but then I never thought that that black crap cardboard was much of a look either.

Eh, I put it back on, didnt wanna risk damaging the hood paint over time. Didnt put it back without adding a custom touch though

super idee. wellicht iets meer eromheen spuiten, dan valt het iets minder op.

Snel een bus thinner gaan halen en het er heel snel weer van verwijderen Barry, ziet er niet uit en doet echt afbraak aan de hele auto....  Echt zonde.
