Past een voorbumper van een V70 op een C70??

Would anyone know of any company's in Holland who would be able to fabricate such a new fender?

Gaat het dan om het hoogwaardig aan elkaar lassen van twee bestaande kunststof bumperdelen ?
Of echt compleet fabricage werk ?

Inital thought was to use the original C70 fender, and replace only the center section with that from the V70R and bonding them together using some kind of strong plastic adhesive putty, that would allow me to keep the overall "roundness" of the C70 bumper and add the aggresive front end of the R, but I don't know how strong that would be or how well it would hold. I know of a Laser Blue V70R owner who fused two bumper parts together and it seems to work pretty well:





someone with a Saffron R did the same thing, I think he was the original and the Laser Blue owner copied the idea, but I don't know the manufactuer of the fender.

Lijmen kan op zich wel, als je maar zorgt dat de twee delen exact passen.
Mooier is het lassen (welding) van kunststof. En dan bedoel ik niet spiegellassen o.i.d. maar ècht lassen, dus met toevoer van het juiste -schone- materiaal (dus niet stiekum een randje afsnijden om materiaal te krijgen) 
Een bedrijf wat daarin gespecialiseerd is, is
Protoplas in Zwolle 038 - 4 22 31 08 Deze kleine maar al jaren bestaande firma is gespecialiseerd op kunststof reparatie werk en spuitwerk. Daarnaast is de eigenaar een liefhebber van volvo's. 
Ik ben bezig met het regelen van clubkorting, maar daarover later meer.

Of; Glasvezel (fiberglass) met Epoxy. Ben je wel even bezig met schuren maar dan heb je ook wat.

Cost and quality are obviously the two major factors in choosing a company and the method of fabrication. If you're able to set up the club-discount then I'll definitly wait to contact this company until after that has been arranged. I don't plan on carrying out this project until near next summer anyway so plenty of time to shop around (and save up). Working with a fellow Volvo enthusiast would also be very helpful!

Thanks for the compliment, I just wish writing Dutch came easier for me, but the problem is you guys understand English so well anyway, I don't see the need 

Again, so many methods of fabrication with each having its own set of pros and cons. As I mentioned in the email to the company from the first link, I'm not looking for someone to do the work for me, more to help me with contributing their knowledge and helping me whenever I need it (obviously I don't have the tooks to create a whole custom bumper from scratch) And besides, I'm a very patient person, so sanding the bumper down is something I would take my time with anyway to get the best results and in the end, I end up with a one of a kind car, unless others are interested in a group buy?
